At Synccrib, our goal is to offer you the best and most reliable shipping options, no matter where you are. We deliver to customers across the United States and worldwide every day, ensuring that your order reaches you safely and efficiently.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

1. Processing Time

  • 2 - 3 Business Days

  • All orders are sent to our fulfillment center for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The processing time includes order verification, quality checking, secure packaging, and handing the parcel over to the courier.

2. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times We ship via reliable air freight to ensure your products arrive safely. We currently offer two shipping options at checkout to best suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (By Air):

    • Cost: FREE

    • Delivery Time: 7 - 15 Business Days (after processing)

  • Expedited / Priority Shipping (Local Warehouse):

    • Cost: $9.90 USD

    • Delivery Time: 3 - 7 Business Days (after processing)

(Please note: Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of your order. Delivery times may take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances.)

3. Order Tracking Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey directly on our website or the courier's tracking portal. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update in the system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For customers in the United States, there are typically no additional customs fees for orders under the local threshold. However, Synccrib is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Shipping Information Please make sure all your shipping details are correct at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, please email us at support@synccrib.com immediately (within 24 hours). If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
