At Synccrib, we stand behind the quality of our products. We want you to love your new headphones, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’ve made our return process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

30-Day Happiness Guarantee We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We test every product, but if your item arrives damaged or malfunctions, it’s on us! Please contact us immediately with a quick photo or video of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund, or send you a brand-new replacement right away.

  • Changed Your Mind? No Problem: If you simply changed your mind, you can return the item for a refund. We do not charge any hidden restocking fees. You will only be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs to send the item back to us. (Please note regarding original shipping: If your order shipped via our Free Standard Shipping, you will receive a full refund for the product. If you opted for upgraded/expedited shipping at checkout, the original expedited shipping fee is non-refundable.)

To be eligible for a return: Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included accessories.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email Us: Drop us a line at support@synccrib.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to make a return.

  2. Get the Address: Our customer care team will reply quickly with the correct return shipping address. Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the shipping label, as that is just our dispatch center.

  3. Ship it Back: Pack the item securely. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

Order Cancellations Changed your mind right after ordering? Let us know within 24 hours at support@synccrib.com, and if your order hasn't shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a 100% full refund immediately. If the item has already shipped, you can simply return it to us once it arrives.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 business days (depending on your bank).
